Periphio System Warranty
Periphio is happy to offer a 1-year warranty from the date of system delivery.
Periphio warrants that all systems shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 1-year from the date of system delivery. This warranty includes coverage of parts, labor, and technical support for the duration of the warranty period. Technical support and warranty service is limited to the original hardware included with the machine but excludes all software issues such as viruses, malware, corrupted Windows updates, and any others not stated herein.
While Periphio encourages careful and correct repairs and upgrades to your system, any repair or upgrade attempts that Periphio determines have resulted in damage to your system through negligence or improper procedure shall not be covered under this warranty and Periphio retains the right to refuse warranty service. Any components that are not a part of the original system configuration shall not be covered under this warranty. This warranty is associated with the serial number on the original motherboard. If you choose to replace the motherboard in your Periphio system, this warranty shall be null and void. Periphio is not responsible for the loss of Windows licensure due to motherboard replacement.
To receive warranty service, all systems shall be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form via email that should be printed and included inside the return shipment box. This RMA shall be issued before the system being sent back. Any system sent to Periphio without prior RMA will not be repaired or replaced.
Warranty service shall be provided in the form of system repair. All repairs will be completed as quickly as possible, but actual repair timeframes may vary depending on the staffing of our facility and the complexity of the repair. If Periphio determines your system cannot be repaired, you will be issued a replacement unit.
Periphio.com System Return & Exchange Policy
Periphio offers an 1 Year Warranty with a 30-day return policy on all computer systems sold on Periphio.com.
The buyer shall be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply if the machine is in normal working condition and the return reason is determined as buyer’s remorse. Any damage in shipping must be reported during this period to receive warranty service, and any missing accessories must be reported within this period to receive replacement or compensation.
All systems returned to Periphio shall be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form via email that should be printed and included inside the return shipment box. This RMA shall be issued before the system being sent back. Any system sent to Periphio without prior RMA will be not be issued a refund or exchange.
Systems approved for RMA should be securely packed, if possible in original packaging. Upon the event a system is returned to Periphio and is determined to have been damaged in shipping due to packing negligence, a customer service representative will provide proof of the damage and a pro-rata refund with damages deducted will be issued as determined by Periphio technicians.
Return and exchange requests are processed within 2 business days of delivery at our facility. Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the payment to be refunded back to your original payment method. If you have elected to exchange your machine, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your exchange to be delivered.
This return and exchange policy applies exclusively to systems purchased on Periphio.com, and systems purchased through other venues or vendors shall be subject to their policies and procedures regarding returns and exchanges.
Periphio.com Apparel & Merch Return & Exchange Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective apparel & merch items (shirts, hats, hoodies, mugs, water bottles, tumblers, etc.) must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Since items are printed on-demand, uniquely for you, returns outside of manufacturer defect are only eligible for a partial refund up to 50% of purchase price. Please contact our customer support staff for any issues regarding your merch order, prior to return.
This warranty is valid only within the 48 contiguous United States. Data recovery is not covered under this warranty, and Periphio is not responsible for data loss or damage during transit or repair. Periphio’s responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware and accessories is limited to repair or replacement as set forth above. Periphio is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with Periphio products, and any failure to maintain the confidentiality of data stored on the product. Periphio specifically does not represent that it will be able to repair any product under this warranty or make a product exchange without risk to or loss of programs or data.
Warranty service excludes repair and/or replacement of Computer Products or Components damaged by accident, abuse, modification or attempted repairs by anyone other than Periphio, unsuitable physical or operating environments, improper maintenance, intentional misuse of products, tampering or removal of Periphio serial numbers or certification stickers, failures caused by a product for which Periphio is not responsible, as well as acts of God including but not limited to floods, lightning, earthquakes, hurricanes, and tornadoes.
This warranty is subject to change without notice and Periphio reserves the right to refuse warranty service for any reason stated herein. This warranty is associated exclusively with your initial purchasing account and therefore is non-transferable and coverage ceases if you are no longer the owner of the device.
This Warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Periphio specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
