Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective apparel & merch items (shirts, hats, hoodies, mugs, water bottles, tumblers, etc.) must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Since items are printed on-demand, uniquely for you, returns outside of manufacturer defect are only eligible for a partial refund up to 50% of purchase price.
