They were professional throughout and we're able to get my problem handled.
I had an issue with my computer when I got it. It wouldn't turn on. They had me send it back & they fixed it. When I got it back after 2 weeks of it being in their shop, it was still not working completely. They had me process a return through Newegg and get a whole new computer. It was very frustrating; however, they were professional throughout and we're able to get my problem handled.
